Meet Nav Dhillon : Humble, passionate, and knowledgeable personality.

Nav was Born and brought up in Raipur, he went to London to do BBA and MBA. While living there he got swirled into the fast and busy lifestyle and wasn’t be able to be fitness conscious due to which he gained some weight.

At the time he came back to India, in 2011, he wanted to get into the shape he desired but there were no personal or fitness trainers in Raipur. So, he started training himself for becoming one.

In 2014, he launched Iron Fitness gym, which is the only technical-based gym center in the state.

Iron fitness appoints personal trainers to each of its clients. These trainers monitor their diet (calorie intake and nutrition) according to their weight and fitness needs along with exercises, which is not offered by any other gym or fitness center in Chhattisgarh.

When he opened the gym, he understood that there are two kinds of people, one who sees the gym as just a room filled with the equipment they can use and the other one who sing up with a goal in mind and are willing to do whatever it takes around that to reach that goal.

He plans to have more gyms in Raipur because he thinks Raipur needs more skilled and determined trainers who can serve the demands of people who are also looking for the same.

Nav is also planning to introduce martial arts training soon, which will be essentially focusing on self-defense for women.

He believes that being fit is important, abs and biceps don’t define it. He says to focus on getting better every day.
