We should become wise, not emotional in life. We should understand
that if the self is strong, strength will prevail & strength will spread. But if you are weak, weakness will go away. So duty towards self means maintaining your balance. Eating at a right time, in the right manner, peacefully.
How much time do you take to eat food?
Five minutes maximum. Eat peacefully, stop thinking. and then again attend to your people. This is not being selfish. So this approach should be there usually we forget our needs as we think this is being selfish. We attend to others. We forget our hunger, thirst, sleep and we think we are doing our part very well. But here we are committing mistakes. Learning duty towards self doesn’t mean selfishness.
It means wisdom and you have mastered your emotions, and you are using your body intellect. It is very close to consciousness. You are taking a direction from inside from your consciousness to do your activities in life.
It is a better formula that follows that in life and you will be more successful. Your people also would be well attended because you are balanced you are strong do this and see the result.
