Tips for some healthy cooking & eating:⁣
1. Eat organic food only. ⁣
2. Agriculture. Yes! You can start gardening at your own place. You can grow vegetables and herbs very easily. Fresh & Organic!⁣
3. Make sure your diet does not involve more of cholesterol. ⁣
4. Make sure you don’t consume repetitive oil. Changing the oil in which the food is cooked, should be considered. ⁣
5. Keep the dinner diet very light! ⁣
6. Don’t forget to wash the vegetables with warm water before consuming. ⁣
7. After getting vegetables from the market, make sure to keep it outside for at least 4 hours and keep washing it every half hour. ⁣
8. Only consume freshly cooked food!⁣
