After listening the word “Coaching” the only thing that comes in mind is yet another class after returning from school.⁣
The ultimate goal of almost all the coaching center is/should be filing the void created in school. ⁣
The concept that has been following in coaching is all the same: Attend class, Create Notes, Learn the same thing in a different way, go back home and repeat!⁣
It’s the same everywhere, well at least we thought it was the same until @tutor.time came in!⁣
The founder of @tutor.time Mr. Gunjan, has completely changed the meaning of coaching for students.⁣
He had a completely different concept ready for the growth of the students in every which way.⁣
Here are some insights by Mr. Gunjan which he uses to make sure the student will excel in life overall!⁣
1. Develop a human being: Just telling a student to keep studying and score good in every subject is old news, supporting students and helping them evolve is what needs to be done. To teach students about the variables of life like honesty, punctuality, respect is also an important part. ⁣

2. Indulging them in activities of their choice: Coaching centers should also focus on the hobbies and interests of children and support them in pursuing it and keep them going which will also help to keep them on track with the studies as well.⁣
It’s time to revamp the structure a little and keep up and keep going!⁣

3. Public Relations: The way interests and hobbies of students are important for their overall growth, maintaining public relations is equally important. Students should be taught the way they should connect with other people and the real-life applications in modern public relations.⁣

4. Building parent-teacher relationship: Effective communication with parents of the students is very benefiting. The manner in which teachers interact with parents affects the extent and quality of parent’s home involvement with their children’s learning.⁣
