Today i will share one drink with you. It will help you slow down all these things and help you to rejuvenate and come with good strength.

 

The drink will help in rejuvenating your skin. It slows down your premature ageing. This drink is called Indian gooseberry – that is Amla drink.

The Indian gooseberry or Amla has tremendous benefits on the skin. It will help your skin to keep radiance, moisturised and, free from acne. Amla helps in preventing wrinkles and dry skin.

As contains a lot of Vitamin C. Vitamin C also helps in the development of collagen. Collagen improves skin, hair and prevents a cycle.

Let’s understand the ingredients

  • Amala – Indian Gooseberry 200 grams. 
  • Palm / Dates, Jaggery 300 grams 
  • Dry ginger powder 3 grams, finally 
  • Cardamom and Turmeric 3 grams each

Now understand the method of preparation:

  • Precook Gooseberries  
  • Deseed amla
  • Put it in the mixer to make a paste
  • Extract the juice by adding water to it
  • Squeeze it out
  • Add 150 ML of water into it & grind it, to remove more juice.
  • Now, jaggery should be broken into small pieces
  • Boil with 100 ML of water and made it into syrup 
  • Mix this syrup with gooseberry juice and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Now stir the solution and the drink is ready. 

This drink has several benefits. Serves as an instant energy booster. It instantly gives you so much energy that you feel fit and fine.

Rich in antioxidants plus Vitamin C, Calcium, B-Complex and Potassium. Promotes immunity and minimizes the effect of ageing.

People suffering from ulcers, acidity and heartburn get benefits from this drink. Diabetics should avoid eating jaggery syrup, that sweetener should be out; they should take Amla drink as it is.
