Our health depends on the food we eat, and the nutrition we get. We can’t get a good & healthy body without getting good food & nutrition.

The connection between our health and food nutrition plays a very important role. Our health depends on the type of food we eat, and the nutrition we get from it. We can’t get a good & healthy body without getting good food and it needs good nutrition.

Generally, we always take care of our physical body but we forget to take care of our inner health. Nutrition nourishes our inner body as well as the outer one because they are interconnected. 

Firstly we talk about the importance of nutrition – 

  • Healthy eating habits reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity, Type II Diabetes and many more. It’s also taken care of our mental health which is the second most important part of a healthy human body. A person then only becomes fully healthy when he or she is completely fit n fine in health which includes mental and physical health. Like these some more importance of a healthy diet are –
  • Weight loss – keeping a healthy weight or losing body fat is one of the most common reasons for eating a healthy diet.
  • Feeling of well-being.
  • Healthy bones and teeth.
  • Improved memory and brain health.

       

Basically, nowadays every third person goes to a dietician for prescribing a healthy diet chart for maintaining their vitamins & nutrition level.

Make sure you eat a variety of foods in order to obtain different vitamins and minerals and make sure that your body can absorb them properly. Food that is naturally nutrient-rich includes fruits and vegetables, whole grains, dairy, legumes, nuts and seeds, meats & fish also contain high nutrients.

Breakfast is the first and the most important meal of the day. It maintains your glucose supply which boosts your body’s energy levels and alertness.

 

ENSURE YOU ARE GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP   

Sleep plays an important role in your physical body. Reduces your stress and improves your bad mood. During sleep, the brain remembers and evaluates thoughts and memories, and many studies have demonstrated that lack of sleep interferes with the consolidation of positive emotions.
