1. Cucumber Beetroot and Nuts Salad

To make the salad:

  • Add Cucumber & Beetroot to a bowl
  • Add some peanuts (if you are not allergic to them)
  • Some salt and pepper
  • You can also squeeze some lemon juice according to the taste

This salad is a balanced meal in itself, and it has high protein content too.

To make the salad:

  • Add Salt, Pepper, and some chili

  • Mix Shredded Carrot, Cucumber, and Mint Leaves in a Bowl
  • Add Shredded Green papaya
  • Put some Vegetable Oil
  • Add Chilli pepper, garlic, lime juice, and brown sugar to the mixture for taste

Mango is a fruit, and making a salad from it may sound a little weird, but trust me it will taste as delicious.

To make the salad:

  • Take a half cup of sliced mango, onions, red bell pepper, and mint leaves
  • Mix all of them in a bowl
  • Enjoy this weird, but tasty and healthy salad

To make the salad:

  • In the leftover rajma, add onions, tomatoes, cabbage, spring onions, and a few nuts like walnuts and peanuts.
  • After mixing all these add lemon, salt, and pepper for taste.
