During monsoon, opting for curd or curd-based dishes, rather than milk is a recommended option. And if you prefer to drink milk I am not good to opt for drinking turmeric milk rather than plain milk. Dietitians and nutritionists recommend curd for any stomach problems.

4. Consume herbal tea

Who doesn’t like tea mixed with herbs? Herbal tea is a good source to Boost Your Body with antibacterial properties and also your immunity. To enhance the taste you can also add ginger, lemon, or mint to your tea depending upon your taste. Give your tea some more nutritional value by adding Honey instead of sugar.

5. Purified water

Contaminated Water is considered unhealthiest during monsoon or without purifying. If you consume contaminated water, you are susceptible to catching many diseases and damaging your health along the way. So to avoid any such conditions boil water or use recommended purifying solutions.
