In an Indian household, dal, lentil is a part of their daily meal for years together and it is important components of their daily.

The answer is that lentil has their pros and cons and so knowing when to use what is very important, which dal is best for weight loss which one for diabetes and hair fall so let’s discuss this. 

1) Moong
