Meet Shilpi Goel @shilpigoelinspirewellness of Inspire Wellnes, a well known dietician from Raipur.
A specialist in weight management, having an experience of more than a decade in the field of nutrition. The energy she imparts to her clients and her inspiring ways to achieve her desired results has helped her in establishing her brand “Inspire Wellness”. Mrs. Shilpi is also a gold medalist from a university in Nagpur, completed her masters in Degree of Dietetics from M.S University.
Her prime focus is kid’s nutrition. The nutritionist firmly believes that a fit child will grow into a fit adult. “Good nutrition also helps prevent child from obesity, eating disorders & iron deficiency. To establish a healthy relationship with food in early stage of life is a very important aspect of wellness!”

- Eat lots of fruit and veg.
- Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish.
- Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.
- Eat less salt: no more than 6g a day for adults.
- Get active and be a healthy weight.
- Do not get thirsty.
- Do not skip breakfast.
