“Learning is an essential step that the students nowadays are trying to skip to make their career. They should not.”
Born and brought up in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh, Richa Pamnani came to Raipur for her high school. She did interior designing in Raipur and its Masters in Pune.
When she came back to Raipur, she opened the SIDI institute with her partner for interior and fashion designing. She is the director of the institute.
The idea to open the institute, came when they realised that, the designers need more practical knowledge and instructors to provide them with practical expects of fashion designing and interior designing.
They help the students to practically implement their knowledge in fashion weeks, like fashion weeks and Lucknow and Dehradun.
She started her firm for corporate uniforms. In that firm, she hires her student of SIDI Institute to design the uniforms.
She believes in ethical working and hard work. She says that students nowadays hustle to make their career without clearing their concepts and without any professional experience, to know about professional practices.
Before going to the field and trying to make money, the students should learn and make mistakes and learn from them.
She loves to travel or watch movies. She also does photography and likes to be near nature. In 6 to 10 years, she wants her institute to be at the top colleges in Chhattisgarh.
Her institute also creates awareness about the earth and the environment. They organise events and distribute plants for saving the environment.
Team Gr8Pandy wish that Richa accomplishes her goals soon and a very Happy Birthday to her.🎊
