Tips for some healthy cooking & eating:
1. Eat organic food only.
2. Agriculture. Yes! You can start gardening at your own place. You can grow vegetables and herbs very easily. Fresh & Organic!
3. Make sure your diet does not involve more of cholesterol.
4. Make sure you don’t consume repetitive oil. Changing the oil in which the food is cooked, should be considered.
5. Keep the dinner diet very light!
6. Don’t forget to wash the vegetables with warm water before consuming.
7. After getting vegetables from the market, make sure to keep it outside for at least 4 hours and keep washing it every half hour.
8. Only consume freshly cooked food!
