SELF CARE IN THE TIME OF COVID-19
Your ability to promote health, prevent disease, maintain health, and cope with illness and disability with or without the support of a health-care provider is known as self care.
People have been practicing self care for thousands of years. Now an increase in self-care interventions is shifting the way health care is perceived, understood and accessed, and adding to the many medicines, diagnostics, and technologies available for people to use themselves.
Physical distancing, good respiratory hygiene and hand washing are important examples of self-care actions you can take every day to protect against COVID-19, and there are many other areas in which self care can make a difference to your health and well-being during the coronavirus disease pandemic.

Here are a few actions you can take to protect and improve your health.
1.Regular exercise for your physical and mental health.
2.proritize healthy eating.
3.Reconnect with things you enjoy.
4.Watch or read something uplifting.
5.Make social distancing and mask, a part of your lifestyle.
6.Figure out ways to help people. “REMEMBER, THIS TOO SHALL PASS!”
Till then, keep bringing the best out of self.
