By definition it says.. the level of psychological well-being or absence of any mental illness.⠀

It is the functioning of a human being at a self satisfactory level of emotional and behavioural adjustments.⠀

Not only this, how able you are to enjoy life but also to create a balance between everything and coping with normal stresses of life, realization of one’s abilities to perform and the ultimate productive work output being the base of mental health.⠀

Again if you think, you and me do not have any mental illness so we are free of this, No. People with optimal mental health or no illness can also have poor mental health. ⠀
The problems arise due to stress, loneliness, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, death, any addiction, suicidal thoughts or self harm, mood fluctuations, rejections , unemployment’s, self esteem, social inclusions and so on…⠀

Hence, It is very important to improve one’s emotional mental health, and to see the root cause and resolve it.⠀
The things that trigger the above factors and to protect your peace from those who are committed to misunderstanding YOU is the ultimate solution.⠀
Clear recognition of any above triggers. And never let the world fool You into thinking that You are worthless and hopeless. It is their negative energy and emotions that wants to play when they want to have control on you. Never let that happen.⠀

Emphasise not to AVOID it but to ENHANCE an individual’s ability to achieve a positive outcome from every situation. ⠀
Thinking peacefully, not reacting, considering and keeping yourself and your peace of mind is above and over everything is another solution.
