Meet Kriti Singh: The founder and owner of THE TASSEL STORY

Personalized gifts have their own essence because they add a personal touch and the one receiving it feels special because these are made just for them.

In my perspective, a gift is a way of showing gratitude to a person in the form of a token. Hello everyone, this is Kriti Singh! The founder and owner of THE TASSEL STORY @the_tassel_story23

We give someone a gift to strengthen the bond with them. For many, it is a way of showing love and affection to their close ones. It can be flowers, chocolates, electronic gadgets, mementos, etc. depending upon the occasion.

The changes that I have observed in the gifting industry in the past few years are that it has become more specific. Nowadays, people like to give and receive gifts that are personalized and handmade. These gifts have their essence because it adds a personal touch and the one receiving them feels special because these are made just for them. There is a huge audience in India who prefer this. I have many clients who demand personalized products like the tassel bracelets and chokers having their favorite color or initials of the person or sometimes both, the list is never-ending.

Many siblings order my tassel floral jewellery as a surprise gift for their sister’s Haldi or mehndi ceremony. I personalize those according to their color choices, outfits, and occasions. It gives me immense happiness to make those because those are handmade by me and when I receive beautiful messages and happy pictures of the brides, I feel in this way they’ve made me a part of their special day. I prefer to give my loved ones something personalized.
