If you are new to baking just keep in mind the following points:
-Always use whisk and spatula
-Patience is the key
-Do not make any recipe in huge amounts. Just half the amount of all the ingredients for the trial
-Never overmix the batter
-If a recipe asks for butter, go for unsalted butter (at room temperature)
-Keep the oven close, do not check it every minute
-Use parchment/butter paper
-Before removing your baked item from the pan, let it cool completely.
