*Simple physical exercises for all joints to boost your immune (5minutes)⠀

*Superbrain Asana – It is very useful for developing an intuitive and logical mind. Students can do it twice a day during examination time. It energizes our brain. It also facilitates increasing focus, concentration, and memory.⠀

*Rhythmic breathing – By this practice, we utilize 70% of our lung capacity which is helpful for emotional balance and calmness. (4minutes) practice 3 to 4 times a day. It is based on 6-3, 6-3 count. Deep abdominal breath till 6 counts, hold 3 counts, again exhale 6 counts and again hold 3 counts.’ Repeat practice for around 4 minutes. Deep abdominal breathing improves our digestive system also.⠀

*Forgiveness prayer – For harmonizing relationships, reduces anger stress complaints, and sadness(8 minutes). It is very useful for harmonizing conflicting factors. Nowadays we are facing relationship issues at home and the workplace. Every issue affects our immunity, so by doing this prayer our relationships improve.⠀

*Planetary peace meditation – It cleanses our aura, develops a positive attitude, happiness Hormones, and melatonin increase. (15 minutes ) ⠀
It helps in the development of a positive attitude. This meditation heals us at a physical and emotional level. This practice is based on the law of Karma.⠀
