People work in NGOs for one of the two reasons, either they want to earn money or they want to spread the smile. We are here working to get to see the smile on the face of the poor. ⠀
Working as an NGO is the best thing, everyone has the right to dream and we are helping those people to dream well. This is also the way of societal development and growth. We help the people below the poverty line and needy & assist to make their lives a bit better and euphoric, and let them understand how precious they are.⠀
We have created the “Neki ki Deewar” we can say a well of wisdom, where people leave their clothes and we donate those to the bag makers and hand them to the needy ones. ⠀
When we first entered this field of making the poor happy, the kids used to run away seeing us, but sooner when we entered their area with chocolates and edibles they started talking to us and hanging out with us.⠀
⠀
We were aiming to educate them when seeing us there for their education, they started running away again, but as per the time they realized the importance and now we are educating them and helping them know the meaning of their existence. Every Sunday we do some fun activities with them so that they’ll not feel bound or restricted only with the education stuff. We feel happy seeing those kids smile. My belief is, “silent mode may look good on the phone but not on people’s faces.”⠀
